I would like to express that upon reading in the 2017 condo report from Senator Rene Garcia's findings as to the HB 1237 bill that was passed, known as the Reform Bill, the findings on the Ombudsman office was pathetic and useless in its ability to assist condo owners in response to shareholders requests for information.
It will make me feel a lot better if I voice my sentiments and agree with Senator Garcia as to my dealings with the Ombudsman office. I have to write the same request four times before it is understood and then have to send second and third requests for a reply. Think of the money that could be saved if this useless office were closed - as it serves no purpose.
