Has anyone amended condo bylaws because of legalization of marijuana?

Question:

With the new laws regarding legalization of marijuana, has anyone found the need to amend their bylaws regarding not allowing marijuana to be grown inside condo? Our local condo association meeting of condo associations brought a lawyer in to inform us of some issues we boards need to think about being proactive in in regards to use and growing of Marijuana. The big concern seems to be the amount of moisture / humidity needed to grow it could cause mold issues, so we may want to amend our bylaws to prohibit growing it. Has anyone else dealt with this yet?  Byron Center, Michigan
