We are HOA founded and there are 4 board members. There are no houses built yet empty lots 93.
The attorney for association owns 2 lots and he is also the president.
He charges for use of his office and meetings and there is no communication about these meetings at all 2014- today about minutes of these meetings. I have asked for invoices to grass cuttings which they say is ,$25,000 for 4 cuttings. Ok the attorney wants to know why I want them. I want to see where my dues are going and for what. I even read a handshake involved
