How can we check are association for health and safety hazards?


Question:

I own a condo in Florida and I'm also on the board of the same association. There have been occasions where we, the BOD, would have liked to enter a number of units to check for health/safety hazards or other hazards. Where can I go to find out the restrictions for doing so?
