Our BOD called for a Special Meeting of Shareholders as it is required to get 2/3 of Shareholders APPROVAL VOTE to allow changes to Governing rules:
We have 70 shareholders in our condo association community. Please advise how many shareholders must be present at the Special Meeting? We have 5 BOD - how many directors must be present (most of the votes were received as our V.P. Went door to door to collect votes PRIOR to the Meeting, NO AGENDA - PROPOSAL - PLAN - was offered or discussed whereby all shareholders got together (or even a percentage to discuss changes to our governing rules)
