How do much hated board members stay in power? I know for a fact that there have been at least 5 others that have been willing to do the job in my HOA. A few got on the board, but quit when they weren't allowed to do the right thing. With the overwhelming majority of owners hating certain board members..how do you explain how they are re elected repeatedly?
I have seen comments here and on other message boards on how bad boards are ...yet they manage to stay in power...and at least on my board its not because no one else will do the job.....
