I bought a condo last year in August 2017. I was told there was no termite damage and everything was in order from the home inspection. Come to find out there are termites throughout the property.
The termite issue arose due to neglect and mismanagement which is why they weren't treated. The structural integrity of my ceiling maybe be compromised.
I am the President of HOA I just took over in May of year.
I know we do not have enough liquid cash to pay for the damages and due fumigate the property.
How should we go about getting or termite issue resolved?
