How to lower condo association insurance premiums?

Question:

I am president of a 26 unit condo association in Clearwater, Florida and I am searching for condo association insurance. Our policy is presently $25,000. per year. This amounts to 25% of our budget. Does anyone know of a company that can do better or give advice how to lower premiums.
