I am being harassed by the property manager. She sends a letter telling me to get rid of a green vacuum on my patio. Other neighbors next to me hang out clothes and pile up chairs on their patios.
I am the condo owner and I was under the impression that I own that second-story patio attached to my condo. Yet, I get harassed to remove plants. I removed some and put the rest in hanging baskets. The more I try to comply the more she harasses me. Why does this property manager harass me and how can I stop it?
