In Illinois, is the condo association responsible for fixing a front door from not locking at latch and dead bolt due to freezing weather warping the door frame. A unit owner has had water damage to their front door where the dry wall inside the unit needed to be removed and replaced as well as the front door. Payment was made by the condo building insurance. This was done in December of 2014. Now in 2019 they have had the problem as mentioned above.
