Is condo board entitled to know who pays their fees?

Question:

We are a condo association in Florida. We have turned over to our accountant the task of making sure people pay there monthly assessments. My question. Does the BOARD OF DIRECTORS have the right to know who has paid and who has not? Many owners feel since it has been turned over to an outside collection firm the BOARD only has the right to know who needs sent to the Attorney for collection.
