Florida question: I am hosting my first Board meeting as a web meeting due to current lockdown and travel restrictions. Keeping the agenda simple with a few voting topics . Going to post the agenda on the local display boards as usual but not the dial in meeting information. Asking owners to email their request to participate - and I will email the meeting details an hour prior to the meeting start time. Since our Boards are visible to renters and not just owners - thought this was a workable solution minimizing how much the detail can get out to those we don't want to participate. Any other suggestions? Everyone stay safe in these tough times.
