I own a condo in a four unit Brownstone in NYC, the “president of the board” is not complying with condo laws on any level whatsoever! I desperately need to speak with someone to get help. I don’t have support from the other owners either, one owner lives out of the country and rents out the unit- doesn’t even reply to emails, the other owner goes along with the president- I have no idea why because he is running our building to the ground. Actually he is not running it at all, is not caring for it, we don’t have a management company or a super. He also goes to Europe for months at a time leaving the building with no one in charge. He also doesn’t reply to emails - we don’t have meetings or votes. No extermination or anyone checking the building. I’m asking for a management company since August. We had one — that’s another story.....we were mismanaged, funds misplaced and gone!! He has no idea, he didn’t check the poorly monthly statements. He negligent and is running the building as if we were tenants of his.
