Neighbor has cameras pointed at my window

Question:

I believe it not legal for a condo owner to have a camera in their bedroom window pointed at my windows and the unit below me windows. This the back of the building which is our bedroom windows. Is this correct and can I contact a lawyer and file a law suit against this person?  Do I call an HOA attorney?
