We are a condo association of 22 villas. Our condo documents are outdated and badly written. The board refuses to listen to a few of our concerns. A group of us (5 persons) would like to call a neighborhood meeting to bring awareness and to also have these concerns addressed. Can we just have a neighborhood meeting or do we have to post a notice for 14 days? Thanks for the advice!
