We purchased single dwelling camp "condo" under typical condo rules - we pay monthly assessment for all exterior work to cabin and common areas. The declarant went bankrupt and now new owner / developer will not honor prior conditions of purchase. We were forced to pay out of pocket for a new roof and other maintenance issues and he refuses to reimburse us. There has been a lot of shady things happening. Attorneys are difficult to find as there is always a conflict of interest because this guy has used them all for one reason or another. Any advice? Maine
