No annual meeting?  What reports should owners still receive?

Question:

Our fiscal year ends December 31st each year and the Annual meeting must take place within 4 months from that date. This would make the 4-month date at the end of April. So with the Coronavirus shutdown, the Annual Meeting is on hold. Are there things like Financials and reports that should still be given out by the end of April? There are other things I think should go out like Insurance, lawn care, snow plowing, and other maintenance contracts for the year The association may not be able to hold a meeting in person but shouldn't the members have all these things? It still is a business. Ohio
