Not all owners get same treatment from property manager

Question:

What recourse, would you suggest, if the property management company does improvements to other neighbors address, but not to YOUR address? I live in Michigan. (The property management company is "hand and glove with the HOA.). So the property management company is taking my money ( or they threaten to take a lien on my property) and do as little as possible to my address!
