Nothing about boat dock in our condo docs


Question:

Condo was built a boat dock years ago, although nothing is mentioned in any of our condo docs. I am concerned is it a separate agreement with the boat owners or if the documents are silent on the issue are the condo owners responsible. Also about electric cars , a new resident plugs in his car to an outlet there is no mention about electric cars either
