Owner denied condo association basic services

Question:

Condo board denying fair service to unit owner. From quality of life to maintenance . Board is corrupt does not honor offering plan or bylaws. Because I challenge them, they deny my entitlements as an owner of 22 years. I always pay my common charges, and am denied my rights and service.  New York.
