Proxy voting legalities

Question:

This is regarding voting for board members via proxy.

Our current process does not provide a ballot to be completed with the proxy request. The proxy simply allows the board to vote as it wishes.

In our current election, three incumbents are running for re-election, so of course the board will use its proxies to retain the current members.

Is this legal in Georgia, or must owners submitting proxies also be given the option of completing a ballot?
