Stature of limitations on unapproved remodel?


Question:

This question is submitted by Guy M. out of Strongsville, OH

Is there a statute of limitation on a board member removing common area soffits and cutting electrical wire and putting them in hidden junction boxes? She never requested a vote on this remodel and never pulled permits. The Board president was notified of this and the board did nothing. President is gone and now this lady is board President.
