Condo association member curious about beachfront property liability

Question:

One of our condo association board members is storing his two-seat boat on the beachfront patio, which is common condo association property. Occasionally, teenagers and trespassers find their way to our shores.

In the event that someone gets injured, who would be responsible? I live in an Illinois condo association.
