Can townhouse owner put up solar panels against association will?

Question:

I have been looking at solar panels. I live/own a townhouse in Delaware. We have a condo association. They have fought me on a satellite dish. They own the roof. I want to put the panels on the roof. Can they association prevent me from doing this?
