The insurance plan for wind coverage gives only 2 of 3 buildings!


Question:

This question is submitted by Deborah C. out of Florida

Can a condo master insurance plan for wind coverage give only 2 buildings and not the 3rd building in the phase? Therefore the homeowner of the 3rd building's individual mortgage is forcing wind insurance for them to pay. Thank you for your help.
