Which insurance should replace water heaters in 3 unit building?


Question:

This question is submitted by Erin out of Massachusetts

 
We have a 3 unit building with all 3 units having water heaters in the basement. Would replacing one that broke be the responsibility of the condo association insurance or the specific unit owner's insurance? Please help!
