Representing a group of owners, we'd like to know if this information we are asking for is something condo managers and board DO make available for their owner/members -i.e. Are we asking for something just not made known to condo owners or do most condo complexes supply this information when requested?
1. Past and future detailed accounts of expenditures by vendors (and post them on our portal)
- Monthly financial statements to be posted on portal
- Bidding documents for major repairs on the portal
- Inspections and certifications of work done - on the portal
