Question:
I recently purchased a condo in Ohio. The bylaws are old, and they contradict themselves. Many things have changed since these by laws were created.
I am a board member. Is it possible to change the by laws or do they have to be amended and just kept as they are?
We wanted to create a handbook for new owners as well as other owners that probably have no idea where their by laws are. Is this possible?
