My HVAC was replaced May 2020. The association is replacing the roof and is cutting the lines to the A/C units on the roof and replacing when done. This work is being performed by the roofing company. My AC is longer functioning and I contacted the company that services my unit to come evaluate. They have discovered that the compressor is gone and they attribute it to the system being hooked up and improper moisture evacuation from the lines causing the compressor to fail when turned on. They HOA is telling me that they will only authorize the roofing company to repair my AC compressor. I do not want these people damaging my property further. What recourse do I have to get the repair paid for from the HOA or the Roofing company. Do I file a suit against one or both since they are refusing to pay. Florida
