Question:
Who is responsible for insulating a condo?
In my just purchased unit, there is a 20 degree temperature difference between the top of the wall and the bottom.
When looking around the power outlets, there appears to be no insulation.
Who would have to pay to have insulation added to the walls, me or the association?
