Question:
The owners of the condo next to mine have mold. It has already spread to the neighbors on the other side of their unit.
The owner will not take action to fix the problem. The owner no longer lives in the unit, but has business in the community.
Attempts by the board to make the owner clean up the mold have gone unanswered.
If the board cleans up the unit, can the owner's wages be garnished to cover the cost?
