Our swimming pool is shared between two communities. #1 pays 25% of the bills and owns the pool property. My community pays 75%. The only spending done is on maintaining the water.
This past week, the opening latch on the pool door broke and was replaced with a chain and padlock. The pool remains locked during pool hours now. The management of both communities blame the other community for not cooperating to fix the lock. The Boards of both communities leave it in the hands of the management. Any ideas on how home owners can approach this?
