Can I stop condo building from buying new security system

I live in a 60 units condo in Massachusetts.  My HOA recently started installing new camera surveillance system in the building without owner approval : the condo is only two years old, the old cameras were not broken, they wanted to have better cameras and add more cameras in certain locations.

I know Massachusetts law states improvements need at least 75% owner share approval. Is there anything I can do to stop this?
