I repeatedly reported visible water damage and mold to the property manager beginning in July 2022. Nothing was done until the owner's insurance claim was filed in November 2023. Damage caused by common building pipe that burst. Mold and damage spread so that the entire kitchen required replacing.
HOA paid only $950 towards repair out of $10K from HOA insurance payment. Can property managers be taken to small claims for negligence?
