Question:
Can an HOA tell a renter that they can not repair automobiles inside their garage?
The by-laws already say that they can not repair autos in driveways and parking lots. The rental agency told then they could use the garage for repairs when they rented the townhome.
We have told them no, because of fire danger and noise.
