Can the condo association set limits for my visitors?


Question:

This question is submitted by Donna W. out of Georgia

Can my condo association keep my visiting grandchildren from playing ball in a common areas field? Also, can they tell us how many visitors can stay in our home or that we can't have artificial trees on our porch? It seems to exceed the limits. Please, advise me on this!
