How do delinquencies affect your association?


Question:

We have found our dream house, but we can't get FHA financing due to delinquencies. The grounds and common areas are beautiful, and the visible areas of the townhouse condos appear to be well maintained. How do we get financing for this property? For anyone who currently lives in a community with over 15% delinquencies, how does this affect you as an owner?
