Is sewer line repair owner or association responsibility?

Question:

A plumbing contractor working in our home has found that the sewer line connecting our home to the system, is most likely sheared outside of the walls. I'm wondering who is responsible for inspecting and repairing it - me, or HOA. According to the Declaration, homeowners are responsible for Limited Common Elements, which are defined as Common Elements serving exclusively one unit. However, "Association will replace all pipes, (...) and other facilities for the furnishing of utility services which may be located within the unit boundaries and forming part of any system servicing more than one Unit" - I wonder if this applies to the sewer line connecting the unit to the sewer system.
