Miami condo owner's view blocked by palm tree

Question:

In 2007 I bought a unit on the second floor of a condo where I reside in Miami, FL. At the time of purchase their was a bay and landscape view. Since 2007, several solitary palm trees (which constantly propagate smaller ones) are blocking my view. Since I did not buy my unit with the blocked view, is there a law that says I CANNOT do anything about having them removed even if they are to be moved to another area of the property? Thank you. Sincerely, Ernie Garcia.
