The neighbor underneath found mold on inside wall of her bathroom cabinet. HOA called a contractor . The building manager called me about the situation and that we had to pay the bill estimate from their contractor of choice, which to me sounded extremely expensive:$4200. Is the law on our side to request I find my own contractor to fix this leak since apparently we are responsible for the bill?
