We have a condo owner who keeps a window open on her screened lanai so that her cat can access a litter box kept outside. The litter box is outside on the first floor. The second floor owners have now complained about the smell. The box has been there unnoticed by anyone on the board of directors for approxiamte 12 years. Now that we have a complaint we must act and have asked her to move the box inside her condo. She is resisting. Has anyone had this same problem and how did you deal with it as a board?
