Snow buildup problems on condo property 


Question:

We have several units with serious ice/snow buildup during our more severe winter months. Is there any reason related to liability and/or roof/gutter damage we shouldn't use roof deicer/heating cables to prevent buildup/damage? Would the HOA be responsible for the costs for these or the owners?
