Question:
Our board is spending money like 'drunk sailors' without getting the approval of the HOA. 1mm for new sidewalks that weren't broken. Yes some 'repairs' were needed, but, not all the walkways were broken.
Now they are spending $150k to pour a new tennis slab over the slab that was deemed non-repairable. Another $225k is slated for the other tennis court. How can we stop this spending? I don't believe this is any where near what could be called acting with fiduciary responsiblity.
