Question:
HELP!!!! The beautiful trees that block my neighbors junk are dying and my condo manager says NOT responsible - landscape people just mow.
Have been waiting for 5 yrs for other minor repairs - not happening - Condo manager states "you are barking up the wrong tree " essentially threatening me.
He is the sole person in the management company.
Any recourse?
