What are the rules around meeting minutes?

Question:

Are there Florida statutes regarding meeting minutes for committee meetings (not a board or general member meeting)? I’ve asked for meeting minutes for our facilities committee meetings and was told that no one takes notes and they are not required to publish meeting minutes for committees. Is this correct?
