Can't sell condo because of a lack of employee insurance

Question:

I would like to sell a condo that I own, but the buyers cannot get a conventional loan because the association does not have enough employee insurance.employee-hoa-insurance.jpg

The condo is in Tennessee.

Is there anything that I can do legally? They say the need for the additional insurance isn't necessary, because they only have one employee. There are forty units in the complex.
