am on the Board of a 14 unit, 7 building condo. Our condo declaration prohibits any type of fences, screens, and barriers unless approved by the Association as part of the landscape plan. Member wants to install a privacy corner fence on the lot line by road. I am leary about liability, insurance on this structure & upkeep if member moves.
